To view food information -

From the Main Menu - 

Select Meals, Select View food information, scroll and highlight the food group of the item you want to view. Select Continue. The food items for the selected food group will now be shown along with the carbs for each food item. Select either Cancel to return to the Main Menu, or back to select another food group to view.
