To view help information -

From the Main Menu - 

Select Help, Select Help table of contents. The topics that have Help information is now shown. Scroll if needed and highlight the appropriate topic then select Show topic. The Help information for that topic is shown. If you select the  H  button on a particular screen, you would be taken directly to that forms help information.
