After you download the application to your handheld device, you should see the Carb-rater application listed. You can see it here on the second line on the right side. Selecting Carb-rater will start the application. The sequence of running the application shown here is just a suggestion. After you have used the system for a while, you may find a way to run it that better suits your needs.
