To delete a meal -

From the Main Menu - 

Select Meals, Select Delete meal, scroll and highlight the meal that you want to delete, select Confirm, summary information for the meal selected is shown. If you still want to delete this meal, select Delete this meal or Cancel to return to the Main Menu.
