To change a food type -

From the Main Menu - 

Select Food, Change food type. All food types will be shown, scroll and highlight the food type that you want to change. Select Continue. The food type that you selected will be shown, along with an area named New food type where you can make changes. After you have made the changes, select Update type. The food types will be re-shown with the changes made. To change another food type, scroll to and highlight the food type, then select Continue. To return to the Main Menu, select Cancel.
