As promised, we have released the application called Carb-rater  which is an additional resource to assist diabetics to better manage their blood sugar. This system runs on Palm OS 3.0+ devices and not only captures and tracks each food item eaten for each meal in the past, but along with a combination of current blood sugar, time of day, current meal items and the affects of those matching food items eaten on prior blood sugars will FORECAST the appropriate amount of insulin to take. Carb-rater is now available to download through Handango at www.handango.com for $24.95   If you search on Handango  for Palm software using keywords such as insulin, diabetes or diabetic, the products will be shown. Look for the oval with a  C  R  in the middle. We are exited about this new release in its ability to "review" all prior meals and "forecast" the appropriate amount of insulin.
